The second link has been posted as a Front Page article on Marijuana.Com.

If that is what you are looking for by way of educational links, then all you need to do is visit there everyday to see what new marijuana related stories have been posted.

The second one is information found on a gov't site (just so everyone knows that before clicking).

This is off topic for this forum.

Blue, you have been warned, repeatedly now, concerning posting guidelines violations, seemingly troll like posts and to be honest, we're about done with dealing with you.

My suggestion would be if you are truly interested in becoming part of this community, to read and memorize the posting guidelines and abide by them.
As well to read the grow guide and learn from it, as well as the quality posts provided by true, contributing members of this community.

Because to be honest, if you come to our attention again for posting guideline violations, etc...You will be gone.
