Earth Worms?

Is it good to get some earth worms for my indoor soil and if so is that good for my plants will it produce Nutrients for my plants?

Worms don't like chemical ferts but if you're going to grow organically they are excellent. Redworms, or red wigglers, are the best kind. Here are a couple of threads with a lot more info on it:
