![]() | Hey, I heard of something called humeric shale. From what I've heard, it's a really good fertilizer that allegedly can double to quadruple your plants growth rate. Anyone ever heard of it, and can anyone tell me if what I've heard is true. Lastly, where can I get some. I've seen some pictures of massive cabbages(15in-16in diameter) grown with it, but I don't know if it would have the same effects on MJ. Kronic

![]() ![]() ![]() | Sounds like a crock of sh!te to me! ![]() Or at least a wild exaggeration. Be very skeptical of anything that claims to increase your growth rate that much. Never heard of it before, might be one'a them paramagnetic deals, maybe with some humic acids or something. <mumbles> might be something to it... ...later, after a minute of research: turns out it's actually called humic shale and is a rocklike substance composed of thousands-year-old plant material that was dried and compressed in the absence of water. So it's like a rock but made up of plant material. Or in other words, compost that's about a million years old. The kooky thing is that nobody really uses this stuff as fertilizer, at least commercially. Instead, it's part of some kooky health drink. Sounds like it would be better for your plants if you ask me. If you want to find more try a Google search on it O Last edited by organic; 05-22-2002 at 10:59 PM.. | ||
