Unhappy burning w/manure
permalink

I'm concerned about the steer manure blend I spread amongst my plants. THe y r outside, but some r still small, babies u know.Think I'v killed them? Like as in beyond repair. I did it, was a little loopy at the time, .It's been the 3rd day and I'm haeding out to see the damage, but so far they had looked not 2 bad.Yesterday I did some soil tests, 1st time ever and much 2 my surprise, all was w/in a normal range. All but the potasium.Should I flush the little, hopefully ladies???Should I wait to use any peters on them until they get a bit larger? My real concern is if I have burnt the young ones, now what, and can I save them? How would be the best way.Help Me Peeps

Make sure that crap is composted

Being young they shouldn't require much in the way of nutes. Just remove as much as you can and use fresh water for 2-3weeks and see how they look.

MJ doesn't need much. A little organic matter goes a long way!

Thanx there Bud, but it appears I've killed a few of the sedlings, and then a few r doing well. Guess I kind of got carried away.Usually, in the past, i haven't used anything bu fishy food.Learned my lesson.Luckily the older ones, about 1 1/2' r comming out of my "party down ladies mode", like other things, a little goes a long ways. So I have some more seelings that I'm ready to sink in, only suppose i had better mix that **** in real good.LOL.Live & learn.
