There are lots of things you can use (i.e. vinegar) but they are usually temporary. For a more permanent change to the soil you will want to go with sulfur (usually known as "flowers of sulfur"). I'm not sure about the amounts, so you'll have to figure that out - there should be some kind of guide on the package that you'll have to adapt to your size.

Good luck

My package of sulfur suggests 1-1¼ lb mixed in 5 gal water will lower the pH of 100 sq ft of soil by 1 point.
I usually just mix "some" with "some" water and add it to "some" soil.
<this is how I make soup, too>
To tell you the truth, though.... my soil is about 7.1 consistently, and things go fine.

2 things I use to lower PH;
1. Pine needles, ground up, mixed in..
2. Coffee grounds - this one's cool cause there's trace nitrogen in it too. But the acidity can very depending on the type of bean used and what roast it is.

Yeah- because my pH is so consistently high, I have been thinking about adding some peat to my mix...
But I've loads of coffee grounds.... I always forget that one. Thanks!

try adding apple cider vinegar. that stuff worked for me. i have a mix similar to yours and my plants were all at about 7.2-7.5pH. Just note that it will take a couple applications before the pH begins to really drop.

Add about a tablespoon to each gallon of water

Yes, that's what I did with my last grow. Well, kinda. My water was a bit alkaline, so I adjusted the ferts to be acidic.
