hmm

hmm im not to sure exactly what ur talking about, but the bad smell could always attract racoons or groundhogs and such, ive heard of them digging peoples gardens up sometimes with fish emulsion, i mean u know how animals are always attracted to bad smells lol. it could work tho, dont take my word on it, but id suggest using some bloodmeal for vegitation, and maybe some bone meal for flowering, just my opinion again dont take my word for it.
