When my plant is 3 weeks old i plan to start the ferts. I plan on using something like 7-1-1for veg. For flowering i plan on using something like 1-15-1.

This will most likely be an organic fertilizer that i can mix with water and just water as i normally would. Ater I fertilize at week 3 i only plan on fertilizing when my plant looks like it needs it.

Is this all i need?

I think your ratios are a little extreme and you need more K during both vegging and flowering. Most organic P sources are not as simple as mixing with water and applying.

What npk ratios do you recomend for vegging and flowering. Do you think its possible to have only 2 different formulars to deal with.

2-1-2 vegging and 1-2-2 flowering or something close to that. It's possible to get by with only two formulas if you pay extra for pre-made stuff rather than mixing your own organic ingredients. Besides costing more you will have to settle for ratios that are close to what you want rather than having more exacting control as you would with a variety of nutes. But it would be simpler and easier to use. I just looked around homeharvest.com and found Liquid Seaweed & Fish Fertilizer 3·2·2 by Saltwater Farms and Dry Natural Bloom 3-8-5 by Alaska. Those two things could probably supply everything a plant needs. I'm sure there are lots of other acceptable combinations you could find too.
