is bone meal any good for the vegetative growth of a plant, i always thought a good food for veggin would always have the nitrogen as its highest for example i always thought a 15-5-5 would be the best or would a 15-15-15 be better? just a little confusion i got going on my head that i couldnt figure out

| Bone meal is better for flowering, but if you're going to use it you need to put it in the soil during (or before) vegging because it takes time to break down and become available to the plants. 15-5-15, or 3-1-3, would be a better vegging nute ratio than either you mentioned. ![]() | ||

so for veggin the n and k of npk should be higher and number and equal in amount, and therefor flowering should be something like 5-15-5 type ratio? also if i plan on using bonemeal ur saying i should lay it on before flowering so that way when its about to flower its there for it?
