I am growing outdoors and am using dried blood meal, super phosphate, and sulfate of potash magnesia. How often do you think I should fertilize?

If you are adding them all in powder form you should have mixed it with the soil to begin with, but if you similiar to me this year, didnt think ahead you can just powder around the plant and then water it into the soil. but remember it can take 3-4 weeks before the plant actually starts to use the Organic ferts. For example my Bone meal which should be used during flowering I went ahead and added some 2 weeks ago, so the plant can use it when it needs it more. Blood Meal, you should just make blood meal tea and add it maybe once every 4 weeks. I have seen the most growth from using this stuff as I have from anything. And inbetween bone, and blood meal. I use a Mix of Alaska Fish Emulsion 5-1-1 and Alaska Mor Bloom 0-10-10. But Im not sure the results are great thus far from that mix specifically.

i use my bloodmeal tea either or once or twice a week, i just watch them grow, try to become one with your plant, and understand its growth, and feed him when he asks for it
