Does "dog ****" work as a good organic fert? Or rotten fruits? and things such as that, which will break down into matter?

Manure from meat eaters such as dogs should be avoided because it contains too many pathogens. Rotten fruit and other plant-derived household waste could be composted and used as part of the soil mix to provide nutrients.

Yeah dog pooh is way to high in pathogens to be used safely, and man does it ever smell, fruit would be ok providing its not citrus which is extremly acidic.
