What is the best "commercial" organic fert
permalink

I have seen many sites, etc. selling orgainc ferts for soil (liquid based) made by Fox something and Earth something else...

My question is this. I read post after post of people blending all these nasty ingredients-no offense, into their soil....Do these easy-type oranic products actually work? Also, do they need to be supplemented with more stuff?? I am basically looking for an easy one as I have been known to cause a few boo boos when ferting with chemicals.

Thanks !

FoxFarm and Earth Juice both make excellent products and you could easily find one formula to use alone during vegging and another for flowering. When you buy premixed ferts you lose precision though. Like if you want a 1-2-2 ratio you might have to settle for 1-3-1. You'll pay more for someone to mix those nasty things together for you, and you won't know as much about what you're giving your plants. But if convenience is what you're after, premixed products can produce excellent results.

Thanks for the response.....I am leaning toward Foxfarm Grow Big and Big Bloom.....Any other suggestions?

Also, if the Foxfarm stuff is all organic---how can you burn a plant with it?

Thanks!

Grow Big and Big Bloom should work very well. Tiger Bloom would also work during flowering.

FoxFarm stuff isn't all 100% organic. If you notice some of it says "organic based." But it is still possible to burn plants with organics; it's just much easier to do with chemicals.
