Question is it ok to plant seed into fertilized soil

once you have your soil mix all ready ( blood meal, bone meal....) is it OK to plant the seed? will this be too strong for the young plant? I'm asking because I tried transplanting my young plant once it is difficult for me.

I start seedlings out in the same mix they will be in until harvest, with several organic nutes added. Some people start them in a nuteless mix. It can be done either way.
