The manure from most herbivores can be a good source of nutrients for plants, but it should usually be composted first. Here is a chart showing the NPK's of different manures and other organic nute sources. Rabbit manure is one of the few types that does not require composting. I wonder how similar guinea pig manure is to it and whether it can also be used fresh. Here is a thread about composting.

awesome info helped bunches and it seems like the only thing it could do is help so i decided to try it on one of my plants and see my questions is how do i give it to my plants?
Should i mix it with water?
or just mix it in my soil?
Crush it up?
How old should my plants be before i introduce them to it?

You could mix it into the soil or with water to make tea. I don't think crushing would be necessary. The plants should be able to handle it from the time they are ready for their first feeding, when the cotyledons dry up.

I think a couple of tablespoons per gallon would be good to start with.

I expect that most manure is somewhat contaminated with urine. Is there bedding material to absorb your guinea pig's urine? Or is the bottom of the cage wire?
