| I went to my grandpa's funeral and came back and after 2 weeks being in Utah my plants were almost destroyed! I have been using bug-B-gon for 2 months and that is just a bunch of ****. My dad was saying that he is going to put beer on our tomatoes to kill the slugs. I think he is going to to put it in a pan and put it near the tomatoes. Will this work? Please help me. The slugs have almost eaten all of the leaves-it has been raining here every couple days and it is very humid. Thanks for any help. wfasig- | ||

| Hi, Yes, beer does work! Dont pour the beer directly onto the plant, but instead, place containers with beer inside them AROUND the plant/s. Also, im not sure if this sill work btw, or has any effects on the plant, but table salt, also repels slugs. As soon as they come in contact with it they shrivel up and die.
