to completing the pdf and associated html and will not be focusing on this thread until they are completed. It's a duplication of effort, in the meantime, and my time is running thin. When I am done, the information will be made available to the public domain and I will update this thread at that time. I didn't forget ... I promise.

First of all, I would like to comment on how useful this post has been for me; I've changed some of my nitrogen habits as a result. I must point out, though, that "TSP" is an abbreviation for a commercial detergent sold at a number of places called "tri-sodium phosphate" not "triple super phosphate". If you ask for tsp at lowes, make sure to look at the box, since you are bound to end up with the detergent. I'm not sure what an NA3 molecule would do to a plant, maybe nothing...have you actually put this in a reservoir or made a tea out of it? Respectfully, OMM

I guess that the NA3 would still be an ionic compound, not a molecule, with a polar bond with phosphate; might work, then again...

I see the links you provided earlier for nutes. Is that where you get everything? Are you using 'hydro" ferts for your soil mixes? I'm into flower and I'd like to get a low nitrogen or notrogen-free solution mixed up ASAP. I bought some bone meal, but I'm not sure it's water soluable. Please advise. Thanks! GW ![]()

![]() | I am brand new at growing and so maybe shoulden't even be poking around the PHD threads...but, I want to do things the right way and to me the right way is the best way anyone knows. So...using the ingredients specified by Delta here- how exactly do you mix them and at what ratios?

![]() | Welcome Sky! The answer to your question would change depending upon the stage of development, strain, phenotype, medium, etc. I applaud your drive to determine what is "best" and how to implement things "exactly." The truest answers will come with personal experience and eventual leaf reading. Some good advice, IMO, is to identify a couple of sharp and experienced growers, and read everything you can that they have posted here. Your instincts will help you select the few among the many. Best of luck with your adventure. It is a long and prosperous journey. GW ![]() P.S. "Pushing little children, with their fully automatics, they like to push the weak around."

![]() | yeh i think thats basically delta's reccomendations how do you go about mixing all the stuff together in water? (as i vaguely remember reading MIXING ORDER IS IMPORTANT .. or something like that) i've still got a few weeks til my grow begins (construction of room, etc) ..would it be wise to get the ingredients (above in KB's qoute), mix them in water now, and leave the pre-made mix to sit for a couple of weeks?

this thread took on a life of its own and kinda deviated from what I was really trying to accomplish with it. Basically, a simplified method for mixing our own cannabis tuned ferts. For those of you with an interest in making your own cheap ferts with easy to find ingredients, I've been somewhat active in THIS THREAD and rather than typing it all in again, we can just pick up there...
