So you're saying water as usual (just until it drains out the bottom) but every other watering use the molasses/water?

I use raw sugar cane (organic) from the second they pop out of the ground. Used it all the way upto the 2 days of darkness before cut down. Lots of crystal (some of the stickiest too) and so freakin tastey. 2 tbsp per gallon, I find it works better if it is dropped into a small glass of warmer water first and then mixed into the water.

I feed molassess all the way thru the flowering cycle. I use brer rabbit molasses which contains 10% potassium, 2% calcium, 6% iron and 7% magnesium, these elements are essential to plant growth. If you use high quality fertilizer and low EC levels sometimes it is un-necessary to flush.

I dont think you can over-use if you are using the recommended 1TBLS per gallon I think you'll be all set. I use molasses with every watering with no negative side effects. Molasses is like a very gentle organic fertilizer.

Old fashioned dark grandma's molasses. That you can buy too at a grocery store or "nature" grocery store. It's easily 1/4 the price of brand name bloom boosting organic additives.

p.s. Blackstrap Molasses, just got some, organic $7.95 a quart, a bargain.

I found some at a local store. Gonna try it out. Just cut a few clones a few days ago. Once they root, I'll see how they like it.
