Fox Farms has a nice feed schedule on the web you could follow. It is mostly organic and it has been tried and true. As for sunshine mix, the diff between #1 and #4 is drainage. #1 does not drain as well and peat DOES hold a lot of water. So it sounds like you are ready to go, good luck!

Tech Mike over at Advanced Nutrients recommends #4 for use with their nutrients, so you can't go wrong with that.
