Purple Maxx, BushMaster, Gravity

anyone have any experiences using these products from Humbolt's Own ????

I've been reading alot of good reviews on the flower hardener and the stacker forumulas used on

I've NEVER used any of these but my mouth is drooling for the results they seem to bring

Here's a good thread on Bush Master: Bush Master comparison plants.

I do know Purple Maxx will cause sterility in males.

I haven't used any of these products, so I can't say otherwise.

All I've got to say is USE WITH CAUTION

I've burnt the crap out of my plants with bushmaster...

Gravity seems goofy to me, but thats because I dislike dense buds. I'm growing granddady purple with some really dense buds and its a nuisance to me having to break them up before putting them in the bowl... Not to mention increased chances of mold. As a result I've never tried gravity.

Purple maax is even more known for burning plants than bushmaster and thus, I've used it only a couple times with inconclusive results.

I'll only use bushmaster in an emergency now, or perhaps on a 100% sativa plant thats just impossible to keep under control indoors.

With purple maxx and hydro make sure you only apply the 24 hours before res change. I overlooked that little detail and ran it all through flower. Lots of cryst@l just 1/2 yeild. So if run properly, cough, it works well. Just with any humbolt additive raise your lights for a couple days after using to avoid the burn. Also take into consideration that Purple Maxx does not like to be aerated. Peace,
EMj

Mary Jane

g13laze---I've been using them for awhile. Here's my thoughts on them. When using Bushmaster it works alot better if only giving that in the water, and no nutes. With nutes in the water, it tends to curl them and even burn them like others stated. So when bushmastering, only have that, and nothing else. IMHO For Purple Maxx the bottle says you can cut the nutes back by 1/3. I like to cut mine back 50% and have the best luck at that level. So using that will save you half of your nutes for the time it's being used, kind of money savings for using it at least. It does help with purpling of the plants, and looks like more resin is produced, but whos gonna count thc heads on buds. Not that stoned here. The Gravity works great, but I like KoolBloom dry over that any day of the week. I'm also a lover of GH nutes though, so it works great, but I like something else better for some reason. With all 3 of these products though I have seen more people that don't like them, than do like them for having problems with them. So be very cautious on using them, people that do like these products just love them and seem to use them most the time.

Happy Growing

Question

Is Purple Maxx good to use in hempy buckets? if so would i apply the 24 hr rule? i just bought a bottle to go with my GH 3 Prt. Flora series, Floralicious Plus, Kool Bloom Liquid, Nectar Sweetener. Is it ok to use with all theses nutes and supplements i mentioned? I going to be doing hempy buckets.Thanx all

I tried some awhile back, borrowed a little from a buddy.

It's not half bad, but I'm not going to trade in my AN feeding schedule. If it ain't broke I ain't about to fix it till it is.

Ok, let me chime in on this one in regards to the Bushmaster, I have used it a few different ways. I ran it in an aero flo style setup with nutes @ 1/2 tea per gal. 5 days before flower, then again at the beginning of flower for 4 more days. I like to dilute the Bush with warm water and let it sit for 24hrs stirring occasionally. When applied right before and during the streching phase Bushmaster kept the women tight, nodes maybe 2 inches max through the top 3/4ths of her. Fruits proceeded to be very thick and fat through out the top portion. Picture perfect connecting fruit forming a colorful tower bursting out of a canopy of lush vegatative growth. You kno, that High Times shit!

I also used at the same strength but just before flower only, the nodes were tight when they began flower but then streched out. The nodes ended up spaced roughly 3-5inches apart but the entire lady is shorter and more compact by at least 40%.

Overuse causes tight leaf curl and rusty burnt edges so don't overdo!
