![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | On my last batch I busmastered then for 4 days about a week before droppin the night on em and Most of my plants stopped dead in their tracks. A few stretched about 6 inches but they were alread 3 feet tall, so as a percentage that's pretty low. It's crazy that your's stretched like that. They must be some super strechy breeds! Which lines stretched the most? CT

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | These Sour Diesel gals on the left were the leapers, they stretched 18-28 inches after the flip. Messes my lighting up for a minute but i got more lights on the way. ![]() The oldest set is almost done, getting nice and fat 1% amber pistols. Undernugs look as nice as any of the larger side branches. Light from below fa sho! The babies on the right are at about 9 days I think, need to check my notes. Here they are ![]() They have received 1 dose of the Bush on day 6 of flower. 1/4 teaspoon per gal along with nutes at 1/3 strength. PPMs are 215. I think I'm gonna give another dose just like this one on day 13 and that will be all for the Bushmaster and these ladies, onto the Purple Maxx and eventually Gravity. NEW UPDATES Stay tuned for "Bushmastered Mamas" and a few new ideas! Thanks fam ![]()

Here goes, These two ladies received 1/8 teaspoon per gal for 7 days with nutes, ppm 400. They are setup on an ebb and flo type fill drain buckets cycling 4 min o and 3 hours off. Here they be in the buckets, stems are BIC thick! ![]() The canopy got serious, main clone branches were thick and lush, no burn at all Was able to keep em out of the lights for about 5 extra days once applied. ![]() Another canopy shot ![]() Clone branch, seriously thick and lush ![]() Theory I believe Bushmaster can help maximize your yield by increasing the amount of light that reaches the entire plant, especially the lower 40% which doesnt yield much compared to the nugs closer to the light. The shorter plant size may also help the grower with small sized lights like a 250w. SOG growers should be able to benefit also. The last thing you want with a small light setup is to have 4 footers flooding your cab. Instead of one top cola with 2oz on it you have 4 top colas with an ounce a piece. So hows bout them 1.5 footers where the entire plant will be receiving more light. More light more bud As far as the mamas are concerned, it seems like an older more mature plant takes in Bushmaster more consistently with less burn. So maybe veg longer before their heavy dose during the stretch? Clones will have a lot of mass and will be difficult to clone if proper conditions aren't maintained. Ideas welcome, thanks for readin another entry by Dr. Diesel, the Herbin Cowboy ![]()

![]() | Do you use T5 lighting for the entire vegetative cycle? If you go farther in your investigation--and I hope you do--if you've got the facilities and equipment, I wonder how much your strain would stretch with HID lighting or a smaller temperature differential? With that information, other growers might learn even more about how the supplement treatment you're testing "causes" a specific effect, apart from other horticultural issues. As it stands, your experiments are a good case study for how someone dials in his or her systems to control a strain's growth traits. Good luck! | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | rudubious when I get the facilities to run every variable involved I most def will! Until then all I can hope is that someone might be at the same stage as me or in the middle of a related decision and might benefit from some of the info Not only that but the thread is opened for every and all to show their experiences with the product so maybe someone else out there can share the variables that I am unable to. The Lab nevertheless is flowin as usual. These were small plants that were Bushmastered in veg and in flower. They were so compact that they lost overall size and yield. There were sites covering the entire plant and node spacing was very tight. ![]() ![]() Here are some pics of the "Trich Tech Experiment" harvest. The increased veg time (20 days) made for elongated stems which made for a more mature plant able to carry more nutes. No popcorn existed. These were Bushmastered in veg before the stretch. ![]() ![]() Enjoy, I'll be back sooner than last time, thanks fam ![]()
