Sure do. I use GH, but I'd never use the strength recommended on the bottle for anything, soil, hempy, or hydro. For soil I use half strength every third watering, or 1/8 strength every watering, just as a starting point, then see how they do and adjust from there.

GH has worked great for me in hydro, Hempy, and soil, so I stuck with it, but there's many other good nutes out there. Most important thing, I thing, is to pick something, and learn/get familiar with it. Not saying you can't change later or experiment, but first pick one and learn it.

you should not even bother with the miracle grow shit and use the GH nutes anyway im suprised some of the gh growers in here didnt jump on this one sooner. yes gh nutes can be used for any appplication there is in gardening from cloning in rockwool to starting seeds in soil. i grow in pro mix and use 6 ml of micro and 9 ml of bloom per gallon for veg and bloom and give it every third atering like feed water water feed. i through a little liq kb in there in mid flower to bulk up the buds

in the resovoir seeds sub forum on icmag.com look for a sticky in the rez seeds forum called the recipe and it will break down using the gh nutes on soil hydro coco and aiero etc.

What do you use the ferts for when starting seeds in soil, just out of curiosity? Don't the cotyledons store nutrients to get the plant through the seedling stage and into vegatative growth? Or am I just off base and out of my league here?
