Whats the difference if it's mixed with water, than being liquidy and goey in the bottle. Both are sealed and both have some amount of liquid.

So is it not good enough to just dump the old fertz in there..... or do I need new gallon jugs and stuff.

what do you mean new jugs? just smell them...as the nute mix ages the smell changes.

if they get nasty and you cant rinse out the smell, toss them...i could never get my water jugs to seem sanitary after i grew the pbp/molasses funk in them. only took about 4 days.
