i cant even find it listed on there site....except for an obscure feeding schedule.

http://www.generalhydroponics.com/ge...Feed-Chart.pdf

there is really no way to tell if its good or not, thats all subject to opinion. following the feeding schedule it will more than likely produce buds....of what quality and quanity is largely up to you.

the nutrients used {esp brand} matter alot less than you may think.

im just curious how {or why} he is using dry plant food in hydro?

if its listed as a soluble on the container you can always give it a shot.

mj will grow in just about any conditions...it just takes hands on experience to get it dialed in the way you like it. i have never killed an established plant, no matter how hard i try!

if your bro swears by it, i would just ask him. since he probably has all the experience with it already. but if you want an easy one part nutrient for hydro from GH, look at there floranova line. there is a journal on here using just that and its lookin real nice.

4000w scrog w/floranova

if you are a soil grower i would definately make a test run following the feeding schedule listed by GH. or at least the instructions on the package.
