![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I would go with the liquid and start at 1/4-1/2 the recommended dose. edit: just don't use soil that has time release ferts and use the steaks or liquid too. Go check out your local nurseries. Might have some good soil and nute choices.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | the liquid designed for that feeder gun seems to have a 3-2-1 ratio, and should be good enough for veg...will want to find some bloom nutrient when the time comes. im starting to get the feeling, with a sharp eye you can grow some mean ass plants off the shelves of walmart and home depot. its my own personal goal to never visit a hydro store again.

![]() ![]() ![]() | personally i wouldnt recommend the steaks.. but liquid ferts are a good idea, I prefer roots organics, if you have access to it... if so use buddha grow for veg, and buddha bloom for 12/12.. if you decide to go organic, which I always advise, but that's me personally.. I steer clear of most miracle grow products. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i too steer clear of MG....but the problems with the soils are the fact that you never know whats in them. even mg states on the bag composition is basically unknown and likely to change. but the liquid ferts...man o man. after reading the labels of all these high end hydro store nutes, and reading the labels of store brand liquid and solubles......it seems alot of the chemical nutes all get there npk from the same sources. how available these nutrients are in the solution..i have no idea. i will tell you however you can grow really nice buds, organically using almost exclusivley neptunes harvest and plant-tone products from most nursery's. {-tone products are not completely organic, kinda so so like PBP or GH floranova} once i figure out a good organic hydroponics solution i will be completely weened from hydro stores...but so far my hydro/organic attempts have led to disaster.

![]() ![]() ![]() | seaweed, kelp, and my favorite FISH EMULSION! it's really cheap and the ladies love it, you don't need much per gallon of pH'd water, it is important to balance the pH before and after you add the nutrients. this is a product that you want to use during vegetative state (not during flowering). Alaskan Fish Emulsion has an N-P-K ratio of 5-1-1, 's great stuff.. you can find this stuff at any home depot/lowes, and I've seen it in most gardening sections at wal-mart.. steer clear of chemical "organic" nutrients (miracle grow) and you should do fine, remember when introducing any nurtient.. start out with a dilution of 1/4 recommended dosage.. and pH your water! I stress this so much because if you don't pH your water you'll probably get nutrient lock-out, and if that happens.. it's a bitch to grow a plant.. this is just my . good luck, keep us all posted.(pic of what I use)
