![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | DO NOT use pool grade ph adjusters!!!! use the stuff made for plants or something otherwise natural..ph up and down are only like 20 bucks for the set...you will need a ph pen as well to know where you are at. and never use up and down in the same nute mix. if you miss your mark dump it out and start over. dont use the opposite ph adjuster. | ||

![]() ![]() | I'm not sure what others think, but I use sulfuric acid to lower and sodium hydroxide to raise my pH. Sulfuric Acid = Battery Acid, available at all auto parts stores Sodium Hydroxide = Chemical Grade for Labs, available online I make concentrated working solutions of both and then use these to adjust pH. A little goes a LONG way. So far so good... | ||
