just curious of anyone uses mycorrhizae in there hydro setup. i know this stuff is good in soil, but i always thought it creates large webs of stuff....i dont see how it would do its thing in a DWC setup, but the bottle has directions for hydro. so, anyone use it? do they get any results?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | thier are probably thousands of types. im no scientist on them, but id think some could survive chemicals and others cant? some can live in water and others cant? thier are just so many types, that the ones in soil, probably cant survive conditions of hydroponics. ive always wondered how they survived hydroponics. guess it comes down to species.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | im talking about innoculants like Great White, which has mixing instructions for hydro....but im not sold on wether it will work or not. There are thousands if not millions or billions of types of mycor, you are correct on this one. i was considering getting myco-maxx from super-grow.biz after another member turning me onto that site. {its less than half the price of Great White and seems to have all the same stuff}

I do use oranics in late flowering, maybe it would help there, but I have not tried it yet. The stuff is a must for soil but I dig Hygrozyme for hydro. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | hygrozyme is way too pricey for me, wanted to give it a twirl but its out of the budget. the myco-maxx is only 15 bucks for 4oz as opposed to 40 for the same amount of great white, or a bottle of HZ. i might give it a try...but i will probably just stick with chemical 3part on this one. its definately alot less headache/cost

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I was given a sample of one that GH is coming out with.. can't remember the name, but I used it on some clones that had just popped roots and they got those big white furry roots in about a day! I was very impressed. I think it might be more economical for you to use it during the first few weeks of the plants life just to boost the shit out of those roots and get you off to a great start, if you are looking for economy ![]()

I got rooters blend of a blend of 8 strains of mycorrhizae endo and ecto. Label says Hydrorganics. No experience with hydro but I'm positive it can be used for organic hydro. This is the stuff I use and the source right here. hydro-organics - Rooters
