I mix the FF-OF with perlite and FF-Frog.Then a dash of compost from my local dairy-WaLa!

Yeah, the lady at the hydro store first suggested this to me a few months ago. I thought she was just trying to sell me the potting soil to go with the OF. After a few failed clone attempts, I did buy the potting soil and I had way better success. Once the clones got bigger, they went in OF. IDK? Works for me. The soil seemed to be the only constant in my failure with cloning so, I tried another way and it worked. I also use perlite as well.

Personally,I clone directly into pure perlite for 21/2 weeks and then transplant into a FF-OF with a 60% perlite mix.I cant remember losing a clone in this manner.P.S.I use 30 watt floros for the light source during the 21/2 weeks.
