![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Im pretty sure high or low npk numbers just have to do with how much you will need. Such as low numbers you use higher amounts, high numbers you use lower amounts. Maybe it has to do with concentraitions? I dont think it determines indoor vs outdoor nutrient. Look at big bloom. (.01-.3-.7) and it calls for 2 tablespoons per gallon. While grow big (6-4-4) calls for 1-2 teaspoons. And usually the pk boosters with high numbers you use at 1/4 tsp and such. So I think it has much more to do with concentraitions than whether its meant for inside or outside.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yep agree with Stoney there. By absorbing I mean if over nute'n occurs then I find it easier to flush because the nutes and extra water seems to get absorbed easier & faster for my outside grows. I go for a range of high # nutes for various reasons...sometimes I may not need much N & the plant maybe able to take lots of P & or K so I can use my additive and high nute & all is good. One other reason I use some high #'s is price. Sometimes ingredients are what I shoot for as well.

![]() | I've only grown two crops so far, and used veg nutes for a few weeks into flowering with both of them because that's what I'd read to do, but I'm getting a lot of stretch in flowering, and I read that too much nitrogen causes that so I'm switching at the start of 12/12 this crop.

Just warning you, dropping most of your N at 12/12 switch could lead to nitrogen problems in mid flower.
