I have a very limited choice of stores when it comes to nutrients for these plants so most of what i am finding is turning into more of a 'if it works i'll use it' but i want to do it correctly.

The best ratio i have found so far is closer to 3-1-1 or something like 32-12-10. All of the other ones are lacking in N or waay too high on it. Every time i try to ask someone at one of these stores, they almost always ask me what plant it is and i have to say "Oh i dont know, just some tropical fancy plant my girlfriend has" lol..

Main thing, what other plants require about the same kind of nutes as mine? so i can use that instead of acting dumb, if there is a similar plant.

Also, would this 3-1-1 ratio be ok if i cant find anything better? It seems to be the best i can find but if i do use it i would have to use like a tiny, tiny pinch because i only have 6 little plants and i dont wanna burn the guys.

Thanks for any help!

The mfg is Shultz and its Azalea, Camellia and Rhododendron plant food. It says to use 1/4 tsp per gallon for indoor acid-loving plants. Are these plants considered acid loving?

Thanks for the input!
