Cha ching?
permalink

OK, Ive had good results with the open sesame and then have used the beastie blooms a couple of feedings. The book calls for me to start useing cha ching. It has a nitrogen component but is basically the same as beastie bloom with the pottasium and micro and macro nutes added in.
The stuff is pricey and nows about the time I start feeding the mollasses anyways. I would just as soon skip the Cha ching and just give my flowering girls a last feeding of big bloom at about week 7 and then just water with some mollasses.

Is there a user of cha ching that wil attest to it's use and whether they think the product makes much of a difference?

I use all 3 solubles throughout flower- Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, and Cha-Ching. I can definitley say in my experience I have gotten a larger increase in oil production as well as improved taste and smell. I use all three at the low end of the dosage (1/4 tsp per gallon) about every 8-10 days with my feedings. When used with their liquid nutes, these are great superchargers! It is a bit pricey, but I have had mine for two years now, and not even used 1/4 of the bottle of any of the three. I start adding molasses week 4 up until flush time.

I use all the FF solubles as well and can attest for what redman is saying (like i even need to , always spot on red)

Last grow I dropped the cha-ching and used purple maxx throughout flower until flush. Definite drop in oil production w/o my finisher. No sticky icky for me

Well I found a $5 off coupon to my local nursery. That will bring the price down a little to around $25.
I went through quite a bit of FF products this summer. On my 4th gallon of Big Bloom for 7-8 plants. I also used up close to a pound of the Open Sesame, and close to a pound of the Beastie Blooms. $270 just for flowering. Well like someone said; You need to crack a few eggs to make an omlette I guess.
I will acquire the Cha Ching based on what everyones saying. Just a little worried about adding a product with nitrogen so close to the end of the grow. I thought you were suppose to lay low on the N close to finish.
Just gave a feeding of Big Bloom mixed with Beastie Blooms this morning and dont anticipate feeding again until Oct 1st or there abouts. By that time I will have acquired the Cha Ching. Will let you know what I think when alls said and done.

I finish with cha-ching and I think it adds to the oils and resins. Its the only chemical I use and flush really well with Final-Phase before chop.I use BS mollasas thru-out the grow and let the last gallon of flush contain a tablespoon.

Good mornng,

I've been using all the FF products and I gotta say, i've seen, especially in this flower session thats in right now, I can definitely see the difference from using the soluables and not using them..
I've been mixing at the high end of the spectrum 1/2 tsp per gallon and have had no ill effects from doing so and feed once every Monday with water only on thursdays and its been working very nicely for me so far..
Still working on the little sample packs a friend gave me (like three sample bags of the three different soluables, For the last two flower sessions i'm still only in the first little bag of three bags of enhancers.
My Ladies in the flower cab right now are in their 3rd week of flower and the buds are amazingly huge compared to last crop at the same time. (two strains being the same growing in the same format LST) absolutely NO comparison this session is going to produce much more flower than the last session.
Since using the FFOF soil exclusively now I am feeling like investing stock in the company.. I have been very impressed with their product line and will be a happy user of their product for many years to come.

Good luck and happy growing

Sword,....yup FF is pricey...you should see what it costs for us Canadians so quit your bitchin about the price....

I think I have dropped close to 500.00 for my outdoor girls so far this year.....but IMO, i really like the complete FF lineup...

I ran a side by side of plant with FF and plant without....unbelievable differences, thru veg, flower and budding.

I used the cha-ching as well as BB and OS, and I am very staisfied that they are worth every penny.....

I have heard some say that Cha ching is not needed....but I use it...as well as a little molasses and guano near the finish.

Your plants look great so I would highly recommend follow thru to use cha ching

Oh, you are also correct that you do not want a lot of N close to chop....however some strains need a little N thru flower and up to harvest....my mangos and grapefruit are a prime example as they really like trace amounts of N, and I know it helps them to finish and fatten up the buds....they SHOWED me they needed it

I remember always reading on overgrow forums back in the day that one of the solubles was pretty pointless. I cant remember wich though. lol So that doesnt help too much. If your questioning the need for it, then chances are its the same anyway.

I never used any of their solubles personally though.
