No such thing as best.

Dont worry about a schedule.

See what the back calls for, and start out at half strentgh. From there, watch what your plants tell you. They know much more than a schedule ever could.

Your photos didnt upload Bro.
In Soil I've had good results at 1 TBSP/gal. This makes the water very acidic so I add ph up or silica to get the ph up to about 6.5ph. I give one fooding, then the next time just water, then the next time fooding, then the next time water etc, as moisture is needed to the tune of about once a week. But if I see some yellowing leaves near the bottom of the plant I will feed every time until the plant doesn't look hungry. Different strains have different needs so you might want to start out on 1/2 that dose and see how they take it before going higher. Your's might take 2 tbsp/gall....I don't know the strain so I can't say.
If you have multiple plants of the same strain then now would be a good time to experiment with what they like. Give one plant 1/2 dose, one plant full dose, one plant 1 and 1/2 dose over the course of a few weeks and see which one does the best, then feed them all like that one.

My opinion:

In general, the larger the plant is, the more you can feed it.

I have a bottle of it, yet to use it indoors in my garden, but have used it outdoors on various flowers and shrubs.

From the bottle I would use the CONTAINER OUTDOOR PLANTS schedule and like many others say, use 1/2 strength. 1 Tablespoon per gallon of water.
Sit back and see how your plants handled it over the next two days. If they liked it, then the next time you give it, use full strength. Keep in mind also the other nutes you are using too. Don;t want to over feed too much. Once it's in there, it's in there.
It does have a bit of K, so I wouldn't use too often.

Grow plants grow!
