| FIRST OFF TURN YOUR CAPSLOCK OFF! thank you! Ok, when u first start, its good to have damp, saturated (but not soaking) soil. The initial plant sprouting isn't gonna happen in an hour. Just have patience. It also depends on how far down you put the seeds, as to when they're gonna come up. Keep them well watered untill they get a bit older, and then you should let the soil dry out some, so the roots can grow and breath, and then water again.
