| Well mystic, Miracle grow is good to use just use it at about one fourth of the amount said to use and flush it through with plain water about every other time or you get build up which will kill your plant. Water it about once every 3 to 4 days and it will grow better this way. Example feed plant with miracle gro, wait 4 days then water with plain water. Wait 4 days then feed with miracle gro. The 3 numbers are the nitrogen, phosfurus, and potassium. A higher nitrogen plant food like the one you suggested is good for feeding it when it's not flowering. k? ![]() | ||

| Miracle gro comes in many variations. 20-20-20 is standard for vegitation. 4-12-4 is the standard for root development Etc. The numbers you refer to represent the N-P-K analysis, N=Nitrogen P=phosphorus K=Potassium. These are macro nutrients, or the most important nutrients. Then There are micro nutrients like Calcium, Sulphur, Magnesium, boron, copper, molybenum, zink, iron, and manganese. Got it? [This message has been edited by Inphreakr (edited May 10, 2000).] | ||
