an easy way to get nitrogen?

hey all, my first time posting for a while...

I live in the country and really dont have access to any ferts as my parents dont garden and i cant get them otherwise. My plants are suffering from nitrogen deficiency, so is there a source of nitrogen in any household product i would find lying around?
