Currently, I am using 1/4 tsp of Miracle Grow Patio Food to 1 gallon of distilled water. How much epsom salt would you recommend adding to my nutes? Or, should I sprinkle a little on the soil around my plant.

How much epsom salt too use?... NONE!

Unless there's a magnesium deficiency you'll prolly just wind up making the entire mix to salty and wind up with too much Mg+, thus depriving the plant of other micro nutrients / trace minerals.
