Can i prepare this for later use?

I was wondering since i use 75ML of water to water my plant.....
i need to use 0.039ML of fertilizer! thats insane to mesure that and i could even say impossible......i was wondering if i could prepare a 2L bottle of watter with 20-20-20 fertilizer in it and keep it for later use.......?

and if i can , can i put the lid on or will the water not be good for later use?
