![]() | Has anyone tried using Orchid food from Schultz? The ratio is 19-31-17. My Mr Nice clones are fully rooted and about half a foot tall right now...up until now I have been using miracle grow. They don't seem to like it too much. I heard that is good to have high Phos for vegatative growth. Would appreciate any answers you guys have. Cheers St Thomas

![]() The ratio that you want for MJ during vegetative growth is 2:1:1 so that you are getting plenty of N to accomodate quick tissue growth and chlorophyll synthesis. During flowering you want to switch so that you are using something with a ratio of 1:2:1. Higher levels of Phoshate are needed during flowering due to the high energy demands of flower formation. ![]() | ||
