The last few days...

Blasting them once a day with fresh water and soap spray just before lights out. Tied a plastic bag around the base of the stem so no eggs or mites fell onto the top soil. Got some bleach and wiped down the cab.

I also turned down the fan speed and closed a vent in the cab to increase humidity. I heard that high humidity makes them go

I can only spot the ocassional mite at the moment, compared to the dozens i was seeing two days ago. I will only spray the plants for another day or two but still keep the high humidity for a while longer.

White Widow is supposed to be mould resistant...It'll bloody well wanna be.
