My girl is only 3 weeks into flower and has about 7-9 to go and already has alot of yellow leaves. I fed her 20-30-20 throughout flower because shes very finicky and I found that works best. So I have 20-30-20 or 9-7-6 or 10-52-10 on hand. Should I dose her with the 8-7-6 for another week or 2? I was feeding her 20-30-20 for the first 2 weeks then switched to 10-52-10 for 2 waterings. Hope all of that makes sense. I have grown this plant before and she usually doesnt start to yellow out until week 5 or so. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by jon420; 04-05-2007 at 05:49 PM..

Don't overdo it though, N requirements throughout the stretch are substantially higher than they are now. I'd say go with a half-dose given the 's maturity to avoid eagle claws.![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 6x6, The symptoms of nitrogen toxicity are dark, eagle claw shaped leaves (ie, the fronds hook down towards the ground) and yellowing of the tips of the leaves. The plant pictured is undoubtedly being affected by lack of N. I must recommend against a flush/restarting with 1/4 strength, that's a mature plant, 1/4 strength won't do the job. I would also like to add: Jon420, if you are able to purchase a nutrient with a lower ratio of N to P and K you really should. The nutes you have are too high in N for middle/late flowering. You should be looking for like a 1-3-3 (which is the same thing as 10-30-30), that is to say that you should have 3x as much P and K as you do N. (remember it's a ratio!) ![]()

![]() ![]() | I gave her a dose of 8-7-6 and will hit her again in 3-4 days with the same. Then Im going shopping for some 1-3-3 nutes. I wish I had a hydro/gro shop around me but I dont. So off to wallys world or lowes. Thanks Xe.
