Hi everyone. Before I kill my plants from over mothering them I wanted to ask the experts. My 2 White Russians are giving me gray hair. The bottom most set of leaves started yellowing 3 days ago. I was going to wait until the 3 week mark to feed them but decided since the cotyledons were disappearing to go ahead. I ordered some of Fox Farm's Grow Big however it hasn't come in yet.

Sooo... I scoured HD and Lowes and ended up getting some crappy miracle grow liquid. The NPK ratio is 9-7-6. I thought the worsening yellowing might be low nitrogen so I bought it and used it tonight, half strength.

Now reading through the Plant Abuse Chart & Photos yet again I am wondering if they are lacking Magnesium. I am about to run out and get Epsom Salts but I made myself stop. I know over correcting every little thing can cause more harm than good.

The Ice Cream are not having this problem.

So, I've come here to ask - if these were your plants, what would you do with them?

What is the ph of your nute solution before you add it to your plants? You have a Magnesium def form the tacoing of the leaves and it looks like some burn. I would flush, switch nutes, or give them a lesser does. Always ph your solutions

I'm embarassed to say that I didn't check the ph of the solution before I added it, or the run off. I won't be doing that again.

I just checked them - they are tacoing even more. I'm heading out to Walgreens for some Epsom Salt.
