Mary Jane Wilting/Droopy leaves, yellowish/brown spots on tops of leaves
permalink

so yesterday i woke up and my plants were wilting A LOT. the tops of 2 of them were starting to face sideways, the plants range from 4 inches-7inches. i gave them a lot of distilled water, becausen thats what i thought they wanted, and i think i was rightt even though i was jsut guessing about the water, they are doing 100% better, but i think i lost one of them. but 7 out of 8 anre doing great. oh yeah just so u guys know, i have 4 white widow clones, and 4 grape ape, 1 grape ape is almost dead tho.

ocasionally, the tips of the leaves willl ywllow and eventually turn light brown, when this first got badly out of control i went to my local hydro shop and picked up a bunch of free sample nutrients. theres a bunch of them like for nitrogen, seaweed, shit like that. my grow is entirely organic. that seemed to help but i dont want to burn their leaves with it you know? so what else could the yellowing mean? i doubt my fluros (13/26watt) could be burning them because they are 3 inches away and i got 2 fans on all day.

also the day my plants started wilting i checked on my plants and the room was so hot. it was 92 degrees in there, i had to turn off my hps 150 watt. right now if i turn the HPS on it gets too hot in there, i could turn it on and leave it for an hour or 2 but im not going to risk the temperatures rising again.

so yeah any help is a preciated, and if anyone oculd point me in the right direction for cheap co2 tanks that i can put it a small closet space.

o yeah, now i keep my room at around 81-85 degrees prefereably 83 is that good?

75° at the canopy is ideal so it sounds to me like you need to work on cooling your grow space down with better ventilation if you can't turn on your HPS for the heat.

I've never used CO2, so I can't help you there, but I know it is not a solution to super high temperatures.

could have something to do with those free sample nutrients,

lets move on over to the nursery, you'll get more help over there... Also try filling out the nursery questionnaire.
