Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? None 16. How much experience do you have growing? Second grow Greetings all, I let this plant go a day too long without watering. Is this a sign of nutrient burn? Or could it be ph fluctuation? I recently flushed the plant. Even though the water I was putting in was ph 7.5, it drained out at 6.2. Previously I have been setting the ph down to about 6.2 before watering (after adding the nutes). Is it possible by doing so I have set the soil ph level too low? Thanks for any help you can offer. Peace.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | First off, you are using an incorrect ph for coco, and thats the cause of most of your problems. You need to use a way lower ph, around 5.8 (5.6-6 narrow range, 5.3-6.3 wide range). Aditionally, the water quality maybe causing problems too. Tell us more about it. As firts treatment, do a flush and finist it watering with nutrient solution at 5.6. Happy growing

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Thanks again for the reply, knna, The water is from an artisan well. It has been tested as follows: - ph 7.6-8.0 - ppm < 7 - almost no traces of anything else in the water I get access to the well about once a week and take about 50L or so (about 10gal), which I keep unmodified until I am ready to use it. When you say that the nutrient solution should be around 5.6 would that be before going in, or for the runoff? Thanks.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I refered to the nutrient solution's ph. Run off is a poor reference for ph, it often is only useful to detect is something is very out of range. Note than the most optimum ph on coco is about 5.8, but i suggested you to use 5.6 to compensate for the high ph you had been running. BTW, very good water. It will help you growing in coco very much ![]()
