My plants required a transplant because the soil was too strong fro them and they were getting burnt. So I put them in a pre mix cactus soil which contains peat moss, and sand, mainly. I put rocks in for drainage because I have no perlite. A few plants are getting yellow ? Are they ready for food now ? Another 2 plants have brown spots over there leaves and are kind of curling up. Any ideas ? Im sorry,. the gf has the camera for the weekend so no visuals.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Is it the lowest leaves that are yellowing? ... If so then they are prob hungry. You are going to need to watch nyour PH in a peat based media, or you will run into Nute lockout issues

![]() ![]() ![]() | OK . . . . . . . . I have PH Up and PH Down . Some plants have the bottom leaves yellowing with some in middle. The others are all reaching way UP. Looks like there wanting to curl upward. And the brown spots ? what is that ? Its on the top leaves and in the middle of the leaves .

![]() ![]() ![]() | The Plants are like 3 months old and well behind in growth. I just checked the run off PH and it is about 6.5 - 7.0 Somewhere between those numbers. I transplanted last week. I gave the roots a good bath for the first time because the plants were getting burnt from the last soil. here responding to the transplant. I mean that they are growing and the leaves are searching for light and what not.

![]() | Well, your ph dosen't look too bad, imho, but if it were me, I would try to keep closer to 6.5ph. What growth-cycle are you currently in? By the age, I would guess they are flowering? I would get some high-Phosphorus fertilizer in there. Don't overdo it, though. I would start with a little bit weaker mix, and watch for improvement. Sounds, to me anyway, that they are hungry. Best of luck!!

The plants are still in veg. I started germing Oct 3rd. They stopped growing for about month because of the soil they were in. I than transplanted and they started to grow great for a few weeks and than they started getting burnt because I overfed them and got the soil a little strong I think because Flushing didnt seem to help much. Last week, I took them all out of that strong soil and bathed there roots cleaned them up and put them back into the new soil mix which is a premix cactus soil ( Peat Moss, and sand base ). I figured the other soil was to strong so I thought Going with a premix instead of trying to make my own soil would be a better idea. I cannot find any perlite to mix with my soil so 1/2 of my plants I used beach rocks to help with drainage.
