I gave my plants a feed on Saturday night and checked them on Sunday night, they were looking really bad, i thought the best thing to do was flush the worst looing plants as the El Nino plant seemed to be ok.I checked again on Monday night and found that around the edges of one plant a himalayan gold were very pale ! i thought it looked like a zinc deficiency, It all seemed to happen very quickly.I got my bottle of biobizz root juice and tried to read the label, i thought i seen (zn) and a % on it but my eye sight is`nt that good.I mixed 4ml to 2lt (half strength i think) and gave it a shot, i then took some pictures tonight and thought i would get a second opinion, i just hope the pictures are good enough ! the plants do look a little better tonight.Something i have to admit to here and now is i tend to commit the newb number one sin and over water .
Also could someone please tell me which nutrients/micro nutrients are on the damm root juice label ! honestly they need to make the print bigger its not just my bad eye sight i think.

Looks like new growth is slightly affected on pic 2

Lower your ph to 6.5, after nutes have already been added, which is optimum for soil.

Looks like a slight over-nute (tip burning) I can see from the pix so reduce what they get fed a little bit.

Overall they look good.

i see no mention of what ppm or ph your nute solution is before watering the plants.

that seems like it would be critical information

i always run ph of 6.4ish in soil... works great.

also it asks when and how do you water.... your reply was "when needed" how do you determine when they need water?

they look pretty good overall. leaves look a little plump. i never water more than twice a week in soil. if they start to wilt a little... oh well thats life. unless they really need it will i cave in and toss a little tap water in there... like my sativa... its 4 feet tall in a 3g pot. it demands a little more water than i like to give it, but ladies get what ladies want.

Sorry i did`nt mention the ppm and what not of my feeding solution i just filled in the questions that were asked ! well the ppm is usualy 650 to 750 ppm (using .5 conversion) and i lowered the ph to around 5.5 to 5.9.Why did i lower the ph ? well i watched a few videos on youtube, they were made by the guys that sell the seeds and i thought they must know what they were talking about, though i have doubted it at times.
I have looked at some nutrient charts here on this forum and it seems that the 6.5 ph is the sweet spot as analog mentioned.
If you could check out the youtube video you will see what i mean, are they blowing smoke up my ass ?, they do use a ph of 5.5 on nearly all their own plants, search greenhouse seeds el nino or himalaya gold.

ive been wondering this the past year. i think it comes down to this... organics should be around 6.5, and chemical should be 5.6-5.9. why? i dont know. all i know is my plants dont use chem nutes at a ph above 6. but with using organic nutrients its different.

i always used chem nutes at 6.4 i used AN and 6.4 is stated right on the back of the bottle for soil... so thats what i did! {im no savant}

5.5 - 5.9 sounds likea hydro ph. ill go check out some vids and see what they are growin in.

i run 5.7 in dro and hempy.

how often do you feed? every watering, every other, once a week?

they really dont look bad at all.... ph might be a little twisted. look a bit overfed, and possible overwatered. so pretty much everything analog said

also i never foliar feed...no real reason i just dont like it.

Thanks guys for the input

I checked out those guys just now and im thinking i have to much trouble trying to grow using their figures.
I have screwed up my feeding schedule lately after a few problems i panic then flushed and checked the ec levels, one plants run off had an ec of 2.7 while the other was 1.1.
Because i was using half strength nutes i was doing what it said on the label "use with every watering" but please take it easy on me guys i have only been growing for less than 4 weeks now.
Any suggestions on a feeding schedule ? ph`d water and just feed once a week ? im not even sure how much water/feed i should use, i have read many of your posts and like you say all plants are different as we are.
Also am i right to assume that these greenhouse guys don`t use like 2ml to 1lt but add nutes to the water then use a tds meter until they get a figure of 1.3 ? i can understand how ppm works but those guys confuse me.
Thanks for the input guys, i think i will stick to the magic 6.5, posted a few pics below of 3 plants all started at the same time.

Brazil Amazonian

El Nino (related to white widow)

Himalaya Gold
