I am 2 weeks into flower. Plants 1.5 to 3 feet tall. Getting lots of good stretch now but still nice and full. 5 girls under 1 1k light. Switched from transition to flowering nutes 4 days ago.
The problem is that I am losing the lower leaves. Just yellowing and falling off (still hydrated but floppy, no burning)... I think it is a combo of lack of light and probably the fact that I switched from transition nutes to flowering nutes this weekend. Losing lower leaves to yellowing and new growth coming in much lighter…. Does this sound about right for not meeting nitrogen need?
If so, Should I change back to transition nutes for a while longer? Do I need to flush again? Or should I just ride it out? I have one that hasn’t begun to stretch yet… she’s a bit slower than the others.
I am at 2.1 EC and just backed off on the nutes so adding to current res doesn’t seem like an option. Using GH expert recirc. at 75%. Everything else in the room seems good.
Res temps 65-69/ canopy temps 72-81 (ambient temps up to 84 right now because fresh clones are sharing the same temps)/plenty of ventilation, movement, fresh air/pH steady 5.9/ EC steady since last change/ plants eating and drinking well/ no sign of anything else I recognize as a problem.
Sorry about the lack of pics. I followed EMJ’s lead and dropped my camera in the res while trying to get pics of this... (eyeroll)
So… Nitrogen? Something else? Leave it alone or fix it?
BTW, flowering is going fine. Nice little hairy budsite growing all over the place....

Yep I think I read the same thread. Sounds like you are fine. A picture tells at least 420 words though.

Yeah, I'll pic up another camera sometime this week. It wasn't a grand loss but still hated just pissing it away in the res like that. Would have made a good camera for the little ones... o'well.

Thanks for the reassurance, Allglad
