it makes a web or silk stands it it 2mm long black white body head. i found it cause a bud was looking funny and a leaf started to curl up. the sucker was in the part of the rolled up leafin between 2 buds. looks simaler to a inch worm but moves different. any help would be apriecated. this is an inside soil grow

 | Sounds like one of the leaf rollers. They're larvae of moths. Squish it. There probably aren't a lot of them. Just keep an eye out for the evidence.  | ||
