Yeah I read that post after, I don't use coco, when you (reset)your grow medium did you then try to bring the PH back to normal or just used the water with PH 3.4 ?

As far as I know above is the correct method to start your coco, but to be honest i've never seen nor heard anyone do that while the coco has plants in them. (not start but reuse thanks for the clarification matdreads )

Flush the bugger too get the salts out, evey time you add nutes instead of changing the water you increase the amount of salt build-up,

I just used the 3.4 water. I have not fed for several waterings and would have thought that my flushing would have got the ec down alot quicker

I'm flushing at 5.8. I did start upping the ec so now it seems a bit high so I will back off again. I've just foliar fed with epsom salts. I'll get more pics soon so yu can get a better insight into my problems
