![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | rosemania.com has a better price on Avid. It works. Follow label directions and do not use it continually. All of those other remedies aren't worth the dollars and hassle involved.

Years ago...I got some clones that had mites sprayed them 1 time with avid never had mites again Floramite is about the same as Avid but alot less $$.... $13 for a 1/2oz concentrate that make 12 gallons of spray Avid has about a 4-5 week residual effect .... floramite about 3-4 weeks

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Compare the labels I'm linking below. Please note the manufacturer of both products, the percentage active ingredient, the list of approved uses, and the harvest intervals listed on the labels. Apples have the longest pre-harvest interval at 28 days. Other fruits and vegetables are listed with much shorter intervals. My point being that I am comfortable recommending and using Avid 3-4 weeks into flowering. Avid label Agri-Mek label

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() While I LOATHE chemical pesticides - I think people over-use them - I LOVE the Avid link. It suggests using avid with a sex pheromone for mites. Poor little mite- thinks it's gonna get lucky, puts on some tunes and a nice set of clothes, and BAM! gets killed by the avid. I agree with the article, avid can be dangerous, and different people react differently. Has any of the big growers- 50 plants or more- on here just done preventive sprayings with Neem or cinamon-based oils?
