Leaves curling
permalink

This plant is 1 week old and I noticed the leaves are curling. What could be causing this? Too much nutrients? My PH is 5.8 and PPM of 1110. Some of the other plants are also exhibiting the curling leaves.

Help, I don't want to loose any plants!

It's either heat or Mg deficiency. But before anyone can really help you...

Please answer these questions:

1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
2. How old are your plants?
3. How tall are your plants?
4. What size containers are they planted in?
5. What is your soil mix?
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use?
7. What is the pH of your water?
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
14. What is the pH of the soil?
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
16. How much experience do you have growing?

Um... 1 week old and 1100 PPM's?

HUGE red flag as that plant looks like you grew it from seed...

Water only for 3 weeks, or until those little leaves fall off.

I just added 2 gal RO water and brought the PPM down to 975. PH is 5.8.

Thanks, I thought maybe it was too strong of nutrients this early in the grow.

it also looks like watering maybe an issue also. The questionare &/or more info would be good.

I'll just have to add more RO water to reduce the PPM. Thanks

I water twice a day for 15 minutes each time. This is the first time I've used Coco Fiber. I have used Cocotek Grow Cubes and have had great success. I just can't locate 4 x 4 Grow Cubes anymore.
