I still have the humidity dome on, questions is how long do I keep thedome on? The leaves are touching it & some are starting to get a little brown on the tips where it's touching
I dip them, put them in RapidRooters, spray the dome inside with water and close it up. You need heat, so a seedling mat will do. Don't open it for 7 days. A T5 will be enough light.

Yes, what CR says. I would also clip down your leaves a bit more so they are not over lapping, which could help with possible mold growth.

I'm currently working on my first run of clones, waiting patiently for them to root. This saturday will be 14 days total, I'm hoping all is a go by then. I think my tray and dome are insufficient as there isn't much of an air-tight seal to them, so it doesn't seem to retain moisture well.

I've actually let air in and misted them down maybe every 3 days.

I have 100 purple heart that just broke root today in an DIY ezcloner & it's only day 6, but I've always use a cloned machine... This is the 1st time I've used another method. I have 124 in 2 domes under 2 4' fixtures ( total of 160watts). I trimmed allthe leaves back pretty well so isn't a horrible mess.. Do u ever take the dome of before transplant (beside fresh air or misting)?
