'm using a homemade ebb and flow system, set to fill every 4 hours for 15 minutes. the seedlings are in those composted bark sponges in hydroton. i checked the ph last night and it was a little over 7 so i changed the water out and adjusted to around 6. theres no nutes in this water, but the water before had some thrive alive and root 66. my leaves are really twisted and they don't seem to be growing as fast as they were before. they stretched a bit the first few days but i have the light closer now. i'm using a 4 bulb T5 for veg and will be using a 150 hps for flowering. i'm using 120mm pc fans for ventilation and one to blow on the plants. the seedlings are about 9 days old now. i'm using the technaflora nutrients.

the temp is staying around 75-80 degrees and humidity is hanging around 50%

Light looks pretty close, for seedlings. Give it a lot more space when they're that young
